- Accurately input various types of data into electronic systems or databases, including text, numerical, and alphanumeric information, while adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Review and validate data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and correct any issues encountered during the data entry process.
- Maintain and update databases by adding new information, modifying existing records, and performing routine data cleaning tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of entered data.
- Organize and manage digital & physical files.
- Examine source documents, such as forms, reports, & spreadsheets.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with other departments or team members to clarify data-related questions, resolve issues, and ensure consistent data entry practices.
- Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Follow established procedures, protocols, and data entry standards.
- Identify and address data entry challenges, discrepancies, and inconsistencies.
