Cleaner [Singapore]


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards.
  • Washing, disinfecting, and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
  • Sweeping, washing, and mopping floors, as required.
  • Assisting with the loading/unloading of kitchen deliveries and other such equipment required to complete cleaning tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning operations
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
