- Create and revise show running order / cue sheets and distribute to team
- Liaise with venue staff to agree & setup all technical positions (control rooms, field of play, green rooms etc)
- Call the show during pre-match, match, half- time and full time periods.
- Schedule and communicate call times for all production crew.
- Assist in all aspects, as needed, of event planning, preparation, and execution
- Support Infotainment Manager with daily venue activities
- Manage technicians and engineers in delivering the Infotainment requirements
- Assist in bump-in and bump-out duties, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
- Coordinating and aligning requirements with other team members, functional areas and external parties on a needs basis
- Make sure ceremonies operational requirements are all in place and delivered as per submitted Site Operations Plan
- Work closely with the Event Management Company team members, identify issues and support with solving
- Participate in daily venue meetings whenever needed
