ICE Lab is a premium cafe infused with technology.
As Senior Mechanical Engineer you are required to:
- Directly report to the managing director of the company and dotted line report to the Head of Operations;
- Liaise, coordinate with the outlet managers and Head of Operations;
- Regularly update, record and maintain accurate books and records. Input transactions into our accounting system;
- Assist with processing invoice payments and upkeep/maintain our system;
- Manage all outlet's equipments and technical requirements.
- Assist with management of our HR management system/software;
- Maintain all kitchen equipments, outlet electricity equipments etc;
- Any other technical support as needed and others.
Requirements
Minimum +5 years experience as engineer function. F&B experience is a plus.
