We are looking for a motivated and experienced Seller Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard new sellers onto our platform and ensure their success through effective communication and support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new sellers onto our platform and guide them through the onboarding process
• Communicate effectively with new sellers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Provide ongoing support to sellers to ensure their success on our platform
• Manage seller accounts and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve seller inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the onboarding process and seller experience
• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream, Marketing or related field
• 1 Year+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
