Event Management


  • Deliver customer experiences during regional driving and brand sharpening events (Porsche on Track, Advanced Porsche on Track) including but not limited to Porsche Experience Center Istanbul and Balaton.
  • Develop concepts and coordinate driving experience event calendar to meet targeted objectives.
  • Prepare, implement and follow-up of events.
  • Support local importers in implementing driving events ( fleet, concept,…)
  • Provide customers and prospects opportunities to test drive and experience Porsche vehicles outside of the typical driving environment with the target to promote and activate sales in the CEE region and deliver high standard experience.
  • Organization of central PCEE Central events (i.e. dealer meeting)

Porsche Sprint Challenge (PSCCE)

  • Organization of the Porsche Sprint Challengee Central and Eastern Europe (PSCCE)

In coordination with Porsche AG and Serie promotter


Marketing vehicle fleet management

  • Planning of marketing event car pool.
  • Develop and coordinate local Road Tour calendar with participating PCEE markets.
  • Commission and coordinate transports between markets and events.
  • Ensure maintenance and coordinate service actions during leasing duration, report vehicle status to PAG.
  • Planning and ordering specified to purpose vehicles.
  • Meet PCEE and PAG event targets as well as PAG vehicle standards.

Marketing Guest Management

  • Manage bookings by use of participant management system and ensure availability of data to all necessary parties.
  • Arrange services according to personal and travel details of participants.
  • Create professional relationships with third party suppliers and meet participant expectations.

Marketing Events Stakeholder Management

  • Management of the event team and PCEE agencies to deliver according to the defined targets
  • Maintain effective relationships with venues, suppliers, instructors and subcontractors in the development and delivery of events and brand experience.

Marketing Event Budget Management and Reporting

  • Set and meet budgets for PCEE and PAG in regards to income, expenditure, and participant numbers.
  • Prepare annual reports on conversion rates, utilization, participant numbers and customer feedback analysis.

Marketing Event Administration

  • Handling of all related booking processes including outgoing and incoming invoicing, payment and confirmation with stakeholders and markets.
  • Obtain offers and process of tenders, if needed in coordination with PAG purchasing department.
  • Effective management of invoices including relevant and accurate information for Accounts Payable.
  • Ensure all purchase orders comply with procurement guidelines.

Marketing Event collateral and branding

  • Prepare, coordinate and produce marketing material including relevant content for website in order to create increased awareness and participant attendance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance and grow awareness of all driving experience offerings.
  • Ensure appropriate branding in line with the CI guidelines is developed and displayed at events to enhance customer experience.

Marketing Event Corporate Partnerships

  • Develop and leverage corporate partnerships in order to impact budgets and planning positively.

Community management

  • Development of the Porsche Community, esp. Porsche Clubs and Porsche Golf Circle
  • Development of new event platforms dedicated to the New Target groups (Driven Female, Driven Youth and Creative leaders)

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, marketing communication or comparable formal qualification and/or related degree.

Required professional experience & Skills


  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience working in a marketing role, preferable in the automotive industry.
  • Thorough understanding of automotive Marketing operations and processes.
  • Superior understanding of Sales and Marketing KPI’s and their usage in evaluating market performance.
  • Experience in overall project management, inclusive of post analysis reporting and recommendations for improvement back to management level.
  • International experience, excellent intercultural/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Superior analytical skills, confident in dealing with Importer and Dealer management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, other languages within the region are an additional benefit.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Delta Master, C@P, Adobe Acrobat and the Internet.
  • Excellent presentation skills & techniques.
  • Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision.
  • Good organizational skills, task oriented, pays close attention to details while exposed to numerous interruptions.
  • Positive and self-confident personality.
  • Team oriented working attitude.
  • Good understanding of Porsche culture, values and strategy.
  • Knowledge of Porsche retail model lines, standards, processes.
  • Willingness to travel within the PCEE region and beyond, i.e., for importer/dealer Events or meetings, workshops, trainings.
