JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in providing administrative, clerical and office support and management to ensure effective and efficient operations of Customer Service.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): admin work, Computer Savvy.
- Performs end to end process in digitization from (Grooming, Scanning, Indexing and QA Indexing).
- Prepares daily productivity report.
- Escalates for any error encountered in processing the documents.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
- No work experience required.
