We are looking for a passionate Account Manager / Account Executive to work remotely anywhere in the Indonesia for a Jakarta-based client of OTA. For this job, we only process candidates that are based in the Indonesia and have legal authorization to work in the Indonesia.

Purpose

As an Account Executive with Business Development responsibilities, you'll be a vital component of our sales team, playing a crucial role in prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals. You'll be working directly with our product, strategy, and growth teams to cultivate relationships, develop and execute sales strategies, and create value propositions that align with our mission and meet our clients' needs.

We are searching for ambitious professionals with a talent for building relationships and a knack for strategic thinking, ready to grow with us, and are comfortable with the inherent risks of early-stage startups.

What you'll be doing

  • Building a deep understanding of our products and services to present to prospective clients.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients to develop new business relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Attending industry events on behalf of the company to meet industry leaders and prospective customers.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.

What you'll need to be successful

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
