Job Summary:
Sectigo is looking for a Site Manager to join the team in Romania (India). This individual will oversee and direct multiple functions in the site location to ensure the attainment of Sectigo’s financial and operational goals are in support of the company’s overall financial and strategic objectives. The Site Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans for advancing the company’s products and/or services to meet market demands, while working within the financial plans provided by senior management. This individual will also be setting and executing the firm's local business strategy across business, products, and infrastructure areas.

Establishes budgets, short and long-range objectives, and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success in multiple business units.- Ensure that the team has the necessary tools, technologies, and infrastructure to perform their work efficiently and effectively.
- Administers Sectigo’s policies, while directing and coordinating activities for multiple departments (Engineering, operations, finance, IT and HR).
- Participating in talent selection, development, and evaluations of personnel to ensure the efficient business growth progress.
- Lead and manage the software development team site location. This includes hiring and onboarding new team members, setting performance goals, providing feedback, and coaching, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Leading local strategy in support of corporate objectives across business, products, and infrastructure areas.
- Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources, and track progress. Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group, or team.
- Foster a collaborative, and inclusive work environment that encourages learning, innovation, effective communication, and collaboration within the team and across other departments.
- Encourage professional growth and development within the team. Provide opportunities for training, attending conferences, and participating in relevant communities. Support team members' career aspirations and help them acquire new skills.
- Facilitate coordination with remote teams or external partners, if applicable.
- Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to reach goals.

- Continuously assess and improve software development processes and methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and ++++, and run the development, implementation, and subsequent rollout; Oversee multiple projects and details without losing site of the ‘big picture”.
- Identify areas for optimization, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
- Establish new development process and implement continuous improvement to meet product quality product targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, executives, and other departments within the company. Understand their requirements and expectations, and effectively communicate progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or team performance. Proactively address issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate when necessary.
- Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the business.
- Lead recruitment activities in partnership with Human Resources.
- Partner with Finance for ongoing management of budgets and resources.
- Maintain knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
- Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in engineering.
- 8+ years of experience with SaaS organizations, cybersecurity preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Extensive experience in hiring talented people for diverse, productive development teams.
- Experience managing a diverse cross-functional team with different skill levels across multiple job locations.
