JOB PURPOSE
- End consumer activation and communication mainly via own channels
- Increase brand awareness across all audience groups
- Increase product awareness to defined target audiences
- Increase brand relevance to the Generation Z audience
- Improve engagement and increase number of followers on key social media accounts
- Be relevant (embracing trends, making the Sony brand appealing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Sony content activation sony.de and link to D2C (translation, content management, OOFM creation, WTB maintenance & reporting)
- Sony campaigns activations online (own channels): compare campaign results against each other, align with shopfront activations
- sales promotion set up & redemption: set up dedicated landing pages/ redemption pages/ terms and conditions / Customer journey/ customer service/ after sales support & approvals/ reporting
- Sony social media channels: lead, plan, create, activate, evaluate organic activations on Sony own channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), analyse and invest marketing budget for social channel push campaigns
- Sony eCRM: translate, check, steer, activate, evaluate Sony Newsletter (mySony, Sony Community, Alpha Universe), analyse data reporting and draw conclusions for the future from it (sales promotions & social data), set up local adhoc newsletters incl. steering, reporting, evaluation
- A&P budget governance for own projects
BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY / FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- A&P budget responsibility for sales promotion claims costs and social media push campaigns
- Vendor management
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
- University degree (BA or MA) or completed vocational training
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong willingness and ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in order to convince both internal and external relevant stakeholders
- Analytical competence (PDCA method)
- High flexibility to adapt to fast and constantly changing business situations, to work under pressure and to deliver qualitative
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Results oriented and efficient approach to work
- Basic knowledge of product marketing
- Good understanding of marketing communication and branding
- At least 2 years of work experience in a social media related role, ideally in consumer electronics
- Languages: German – native speaker; English - business fluent
- Excellent MS-Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel
