Job Purpose
The IAM Architect plays a crucial role within our global architecture team, providing technical expertise and direction essential for successful Delivery and Operations. By upholding our Architecture Process, Principles, Standards, and Vision, the IAM Architect consistently supports our transformation into a digitally operating company, in line with our aspirations.
As our global IAM Architect, your primary responsibility is to define, design, and evolve the overall architecture of our Identity and Access Management landscape. This includes leveraging technologies such as Azure Active Directory, SailPoint and SAP GRC. Your ultimate ambition is to establish a system where employees automatically receive all required system access based on their position and profile within the company, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Technical Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in IAM operations and service processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, SAP GRC.
- Have knowledge of or relevant experience with implementing IAM/CIAM solutions in a context where there are multiple identity providers.

- Strategic Thinking and Adaptability: Apply strategic thinking to align IAM architecture with the evolving needs of the organization while remaining adaptable to change.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, articulate concepts, and influence decision-making processes.
- Business Acumen: Understand the business context and demonstrate the ability to align architectural decisions with organizational goals and objectives.
