Job Description
Develops preSilicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements. Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests. Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong verification technical background, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in chip verification from block-level to full-chip
- Proven technical leadership, including: mentoring others, driving methodologies
- Expertise in vertical and horizontal reuse of verification components
The followings are highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Background of Networking protocols and Networking chips architecture
- Experience in validation of networking chips
- Programming knowledge in C, systemC
- Formal Property Verification experience

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
