We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Associate to join our Chatime WA team. As the Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, be data-driven, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements using Adobe software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing events and promotions
- Provide support in various other marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe software including Photoshop and InDesign
- Basic skills in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
